7. The Word Square

In order to find the keyword, you need to figure out what happened to the person of interest, i.e. the word in row 1 and column 1 of the word square. Here are some extra clues for words 2-5:

• CREEPY VIBE: an adjective; a synonym of “strange” and “frightening”
• SMELLS LIKE: a noun; a typically pleasant smell
• COUNTDOWN: a noun; a type of clock used for measuring durations
• BEATS: a noun; an organ which is beating
